1. About these terms

This website is owned and operated by FAMS COLLECTION, trading as FAMS COLLECTION (“we”, “us”). These terms, together with our privacy policy, refund and cancellation policy and shipping policy, form the agreement between you and us.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to place an order. If you are under 18, an adult must place the order on your behalf.

3. Products and prices

• Every product is listed with its description, image, MRP and selling price. Prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of all taxes.
• Colours may look slightly different on your screen. Where a piece is handwoven, hand-printed or hand-embroidered, small variations from piece to piece are part of the craft and are not defects.
• We try to keep all information accurate. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid in full.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm the order. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if a product is unavailable, the delivery address cannot be served, or we suspect fraud — and will refund any amount paid in full.

Custom and made-to-measure orders are confirmed in writing, with their price and timeline, before work begins.

5. Payment

Payments are made online through our payment gateway partner by UPI, card or net banking. By paying, you confirm you are authorised to use the chosen payment method. We do not store your card or banking credentials.

6. Delivery, returns and cancellations

Delivery is covered by our shipping policy; returns, exchanges, refunds and cancellations by our refund and cancellation policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

7. Use of the website

You agree not to misuse the website: not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, to interfere with its operation, to submit false orders or information, or to use it for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, photographs, illustrations, patterns, logos and design — belongs to FAMS COLLECTION or is used with permission, and is protected by the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. You may view and print pages for your personal use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or use any content commercially without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, courier disruptions or government action. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against losses arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the website.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the website, or refuse to accept orders from you, if you breach these terms or misuse the website. Orders already confirmed will be fulfilled or refunded. Clauses that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law — continue to apply.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you place an order applies to that order.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
